It's GROUNDHOG Day!!!

Happy GROUNDHOG Day everyone!

It's February 2nd and word has it that Punxsutawney Phil did Not see his shadow this morning and is predicting an early spring!

Fun Facts about Groundhogs

Wouldn't it be cool if we had a real estate ground hog?  Where, I don't know ..... maybe the ground hog could predict if prices were going to rise during the spring selling season or how much inventory there will be.

No such luck though. We'll just have to settle for Punxsutawney Phil telling us if we're going to have an early spring or 6 more weeks of winter.

I can't foresee the future like Punxsutawney Phil but I do monitor the market constantly. If you want to know what's happening in the Macomb County, Michigan real estate market give me a call or drop me an email

I hope it is a early spring. I woke up to 40 degrees weather here in Florida. a little chilly....

I wonder if "new " technology will ever put Punxsutawney Phil out of a job?

My daughter was born in the hospital in Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania but it was December not February but the whole family teases her about it none-the-less.  I hope whatever Phil predicts it will bring us out of this deep freeze.

Last week it was so warm in North Florida, we were wearing shorts and flip-flops.  Today it is bone-chilling cold.

I hope the Groundhog predicts nice weather!

Love the analogy about Real Estate prices.

Frank - 40 degrees?? That sounds nice, it was a balmy 15 deg here in S.E. Michigan this morning! That is chilly for Florida though.

Mike,

Our prices have gone up 3.4% according to the news the other day......

Not sure where they started but things are getting better.
