St. Clair Shores Real Estate Market Report ~ November 2012


The St. Clair Shores real estate market remained pretty active for the month of November with 76 closing for single family homes, down just one from October. Inventory remains low, and yes, we are currently in a sellers market! As of today, December 6th, 2012 there are currently 154 single family homes on the market in St. Clair Shores.

          November Stats

  • 76 closed (single family homes)
  • average sale price $89,771
  • median sale price $73,750
  • highest sale price $480,000
  • lowest sale price $15,000
  • average days on market 53
  • median days on market 43
Of those 76 closings 6 of them were canal front homes and 1 was a lakefront home. There were 21 bank owned homes that closed and 11 that were short sales.
